Regal Hongkong Hotel

The room was spacious and had great views of the city and bay. The amenities, like the Nespresso machine and free minibar, were a nice touch. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. The views from the restaurant were also spectacular.- The location of the hotel was excellent, with a big supermarket and popular shopping malls within walking distance. The tram and bus stops right in front of the hotel were convenient for exploring the city.

The staff at the hotel were not well-trained and seemed disorganized. They didn't provide personalized check-in for executive room guests and there were long queues for check-in.

We had a fantastic stay in the heart of Causeway Bay, the main shopping area in this city. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to shops and amenities. Despite not being very close to an MTR station, bus and tram stops were conveniently located just outside the hotel lobby. The room size was surprisingly spacious, much larger than the average in this city. The grand lobby and friendly front office staff added to our overall positive experience. Additionally, the hotel facilities, such as the G/F lounge and 1/F dining outlet, were well-maintained and provided a pleasant atmosphere.

The location is great, as it is very close to a shopping district and has good public transport links. However, the noise from the busy area made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. The room itself was clean and neat, but the walls were quite thin, so I could hear noise from the neighboring rooms. The bathroom was small and cramped, making it uncomfortable to move around. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and friendly service, but not for those who are light sleepers.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with a WELLCOME store nearby that was the biggest I've ever seen. It was also close to Times Square, offering plenty of shopping and dining options. Additionally, there was an Aldo Italian restaurant overlooking Victoria Park, providing a pleasant dining experience. The room and bathroom were well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff was diligent. Breakfast was satisfactory, with a variety of options available. The hotel also offered facilities such as an executive lounge and concierge service.

The hotel was not very close to an MTR station.

The view from our room at Regal was breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful Harbor. The decor was sumptuous, creating a luxurious atmosphere that added to the overall experience. We were impressed by the chef's tasting menu, with each dish perfectly portioned and visually stunning. The wine selection was extensive, and the sommelier's knowledge enhanced our dining experience. we highly recommend this hotel for its incredible setting and fine food.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff who were very accommodating to our needs. The room was spacious and modern with luxurious amenities, including a private bath and comfortable bedding. The restaurant provided delicious and varied food options for breakfast, with a great coffee selection. The perfect location provided easy access to many attractions and shopping areas.

The rooftop pool was seasonal and was closed during our stay.

The rooms at Regal are incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The service at this hotel is also top-notch, with friendly staff that go above and beyond to make guests feel special. Special mention to Ms. Janice Chan and the executive lounge team who greeted me with a smile and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the small bathroom showering area and the dim lighting in the study/work table, these did not overshadow the positive aspects of my stay. Despite these small flaws, I still highly recommend Regal for its convenience, cleanliness, and comfort.

Christmas at the hotel was great! The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. I loved the fact that the hotel had a bathtub and separate shower, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The location was also fantastic, with key attractions and public transportation nearby. Additionally, the hotel had a variety of room service options, including international dishes, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

On the downside, the bed was a bit uncomfortable and the lighting in the room was a bit too dim for my liking. It would have been nice to have brighter lights.
